Limestone fireplace with cassette stove

This job involved a lot of preperation work behind the scenes. Firstly the team had to knock the chimney out and install a concrete lintel. They then fitted a 20-year warranty liner in the chimney.

The chimney breast was then plastered before the final fitting of the fireplace and stove took place.

Micro Marble fireplace with widescreen electric fire

This job involved a similar amount of preperation as the stobve job on the left. The chimney required knocking, however this time multiple concrete lintels were required to support the brick work above.

Since this was an electric fire no liner was required and the chimney was blocked off correctly to avoid down draughts and moisture reaching the fire.

The chimney was freshly plastered and thie beautiful fireplace was installed.

Gas Stove with original inglenook beautifully restored

This job required the team to knock out the chimney, they then carefully restored the brick and stone work.

A new gas supply was installed and then a new stone hearth was precisely measured and cut to fit the opening.

Authentic wood surround, cast back panel and gas fire

A lot of work behind the scenes on this install. The chimney was a mess and had to have a lot of remedial work behind the scenes as well as a new gas supply installed. The cast and hearth was installed and finally the stunning wood surround was fitted.

Hand made limestone fireplace with real wood stove

This project had to be done in stages as the fireplace was bespokely made to fit the opening of the chimney.

The team did the usual knockout procedure, removed a previous gas installation and prepped the chimney and opening so it was suitable for a wood burning stove.

The fireplace was then made to measure and everything was beautifully installed.

Two-tone natural limestone fireplace with LED lighting

This amazing modern firerplace was trickier than you would expect to install. The top of the fireplace was incredibly heavy, and because it the fire is fully glass fronted it is not designed to take the weight of the mantle on top.

With this in mind the team had to install steel supports behind the scenes to support the weight.

New electrics were also installed for the fire and LED lighting.

Inset gas fire with tiled wall and hearth

This customer did not have a chimney breast but they wanted a “feature wall”. So the team prepped behind the scenes, installing a new gas supply and testing the chimney. The opening for the fire was made and then the wall was tiled.

The floor was also tiled and wood beading was used to tie everything together with the original wood flooring,

Modern log burner with twin wall flue

Not all houses have chimneys. However nowadays this does not stop you have a log burner!

This was a major project for the team as they had to plan, calculate and install a twin wall flue system into this customers home. It was installed so that it was hidden in the upstairs bedrooms but still accessible for future maintenance.

The end result was a beautiful modern log burner in the heart of this customers home.
